About Alys
I am a 20 year old student studying French, Spanish and Portuguese at the University of Bristol. I have worked and lived in France, and I have had plenty of work experience in Spain. I have always had a huge passion for languages, and I really enjoy learning about how the language works. I believe that communication is key, and whether this communication is in your native language or not, learning a foreign language is incredibly useful, both in business and in day to day life.

I believe that the most important thing is to make students comfortable with the language, helping them to speak and write freely. Making mistakes is a key part of learning and therefore I encourage students to contribute as much as they can, especially if they are unsure. I have had the pleasure of informally helping other students achieve their potential in previous years, and although I haven't had the opportunity to tutor in a professional capacity, I would love to help more GCSE and A level students to reach their goals.
