About Jeff
I'm very unique. First and foremost, I'm a man of faith. Jesus is my Lord and Savior. I'm very blessed. Also, I'm a successful professional educator. I've been working as a substitute teacher for the Sweetwater Union High School for 18 years- since 2005. I have also achieved a Mild/Moderate Specialist credential from Azusa Pacific University in 2015. Before being a professional educator, I'm blessed to be a six time champion boxer. I still compete as a boxer to this day.

The primary goal of my lessons is for my students to achieve their highest academic potential in regards to reading, math, writing, etc. I prefer to get to know my students in respect to their interests, dreams, and motivation in life. That way, once I know I can develop a lesson plan catered on their interests. This is a win/win because my students enjoy and look forward to learning the task at hand! My teaching methods include modeling, repitition, visual learning, etc.
