Throughout my academic work with different educational institutes in Lebanon and the Gulf area, I have been making meaningful contributions on several levels. The positions I held have prepared me to become experienced in planning, organizing, teaching, communicating, editing, proofreading, researching, and micro managing within my department.

-I believe that my twelve-year tenure as a teacher has sharpened my teaching skills, especially key skills that have become crucial in the past two years. These skills feature inquiry based techniques, interdisciplinary approaches, and DL tools. Furthermore, I believe that the richness of my teaching cursus lies in its variety. I have taught English as a Second Language, and English as a main language in both the American Curriculum.
-I believe that a lesson plan should be flexible to meet and cater for the needs of my learners. it should also be simple and target one main objective per session.
-On a final note, I am a firm believer that diversity in the academic or training cursus will not but lead to diversity on the ground.
