Perfect! I'd always struggled with losing weight but when I met Jay that all changed. He taught me that losing weight was not everything and just within 2 months of training with him, I have seen incredible differences in my body. He explained thoroughly to me about body recomposition and what I could do to achieve my dream body without worrying so much about numbers on the scale.
He developed a personalised training plan for me as well as a nutritional plan that pairs with it. The best part about training with Jay is his infectious passion for fitness.
