About Eva
During the month of CELTA training, like my colleagues, it was my duty to teach adults at two different levels. The first group being Elementery level and the second of intermediate making about thirty students in all. Using the teaching methods, the students were responsive, motivated and participated enormously creating a positive atmosphere in the classroom.
Over a year ago, I gave at home English lessons to a 8th grade student in order for her to prepare her entry in 9th grade. As she was home schooled, I would come several times a week to give her classes. She succesfully passed.

The teaching techniques that I have learned have proven to be effective. That is why during my lessons, I make sure that the communication with the students is done in English. This allows to immerse them in the language. My classes are mainly based on oral and written expression and comprehension. I create my lessons using different materials such as books, videos or the student's hobbies and interests .
