About Rolan
I am a dedicated and reliable coach with a strong background in competitive swimming and water polo. As an NCAA Champion and current student-athlete at CSUN, I know the importance of discipline, patience, and encouragement in teaching. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment for students of all levels to grow their skills and confidence in the water. I take pride in my professionalism, punctuality, and ability to connect with learners of all ages and backgrounds.

As an NCAA Champion and current member of the CSUN Water Polo team, I bring both competitive experience and a deep passion for aquatic sports. My lessons are tailored to fit each student’s skill level—from beginners learning to swim to athletes training for water polo. I focus on building confidence, perfecting technique, and improving stamina through engaging drills and positive reinforcement. Whether you’re looking to overcome fear of the water, improve your swim strokes, or develop your game tactics, my approach is structured, supportive, and fun. Lessons are designed to be motivating, goal-oriented, and adapted to each learner’s pace.
