With over 30 years of experience, I’ve worked extensively as both a technical support specialist and trainer—including 8 years at Apple, where I supported and trained teams in solving real-world issues across macOS, iOS, and beyond. I’ve also worked hands-on with Windows systems since version 1.01, providing expert guidance and solutions for users of all levels.
I specialize in bridging the gap between platforms, and have deep experience with dozens of programs that run on both Windows and Apple devices—from productivity tools like Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Adobe Creative Cloud to email clients, cloud storage, and security software.
