I am a certified fitness coach with more than 10 years of experience and I have trained more than 500 clients. As a fitness coach, I believe in a personalized approach to help each individual achieve their unique fitness goals. I start by conducting a thorough assessment of my client's fitness level, goals, and any other relevant factors, such as medical history or previous injuries. Based on this assessment, I create a customized program that includes a combination of strength training, cardio, and mobility exercises.
My teaching method involves a balance of educating and motivating my clients. I explain the science behind each exercise and how it can benefit their body, while also providing guidance and motivation to help them push themselves and achieve their goals. I use a variety of techniques such as visual cues, verbal instructions, and hands-on adjustments to ensure proper form and avoid injury.
A typical lesson plan includes a warm-up, strength and cardio exercises, and a cool down. I ensure that each client is challenged appropriately and progresses at a safe and sustainable rate. I also provide nutrition advice and ongoing support to ensure that my clients are making progress towards their goals.
What sets me apart as a coach is my ability to listen and respond to my client's needs. I understand that everyone has different goals and constraints, and I adapt my approach to each client accordingly. I also prioritize injury prevention and long-term progress, rather than quick fixes or unsustainable routines.

1) Minimum package personal training is for one month will consist 12 sessions (1hr each session ).
Client should finish 12 sessions within a month.
2) Kindly pay your monthly / Quarterly package fees in advance ( 1st session )
3) if you cancel session on same day or last minute it will get counted / marked. Please inform 24 hrs prior.
