About Pavel
With a major in biological science, I not only understand the dynamics of the physical game, but also how important it is to follow certain temporal protocol to be successful on the court. Originally, I pivoted into tennis from being a judoka for over two decades. I am also a personal trainer with a focus on proprioception and recovery. After having played with advanced players, I found that everyone has something new to learn.
