With over 11 years in vocal coaching and a background in Music Production (Vocal Engineering), I bring both artistry and precision to my teaching. My lessons cater to all levels, from high school beginners to professional musicians refining their craft. I particularly enjoy mentoring singer-songwriters as they develop original music. We dive into lyric crafting, melody building, and expressive vocal phrasing. You’ll also learn to accompany yourself on guitar or piano. I incorporate ear training, harmony practice, and improvisation to expand your musical versatility. Music theory is presented as a practical tool for creativity. I approach singing as both a craft and an art. My goal is to help you discover your unique vocal timbre and enhance it. We start with resonance work to make your tone fuller and richer. Projection training follows, teaching you how to sing loudly without straining. Tone shaping exercises let you create the exact sound you want. We explore vocal qualities like belting for power, head voice for purity, and mixed voice for flexibility. Every lesson is designed around your strengths and areas for growth. I specialize in guiding The Soloist in Training and The Adult Beginner through each step. Patience, encouragement, and clear instruction are at the heart of my teaching. I integrate practical performance skills so you can apply what you learn. Singing becomes more natural and expressive over time. Vocal health remains a constant focus to ensure lasting improvement.
