Being a teacher is not only about awesome subject knowledge but also to understand psychology of the students.
Being an iitan, switching from technical to geography was quite challenging but he made through it.
Thus, with pretty good knowledge of subject, he knows where a beginner may face difficulties and can be a remedy for that.
