About Lillian

Cuban natural. Grew up in Cuba. Immigrated to the United States at age 17. Attended University of New Orleans. Retired legal secretary. Lived in Cuba, New Orleans, Virginia, South Carolina, Idaho, Alaska, and Texas. Familiar with various cultures and customs.

About the lesson

Twenty years of experience with students of different backgrounds. Students have achieved advanced levels of piano playing, and were able to tackle specialized universi ty studies in professional fields. This, in addition to providing enjoyment of playing piano and being able to express deep feelings through music.

Perfect! I took piano lessons in my childhood. Now at 42 tried to play again on my own and it was challenging. From the first demo class Lillian helped correct posture and we went thru the basics that I'd initially skipped when on my own, thinking I already knew that. At the end of the class I felt for the first time I was making progress. She was also kind and welcoming; her friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable and at ease.
