I’m a piano tutor with 14 years of teaching experience and a Licentiate of Music in Piano (LMusA). I specialize in guiding students through ABRSM, Rockschool, and university-level piano exams. My passion is unlocking each student’s creative and technical potential, helping them grow as confident, expressive musicians. I believe every learner is unique, so I tailor lessons to suit individual goals and learning styles. Whether you’re preparing for exams or simply want to improve your playing, I focus on building a strong foundation in technique and musicality. I also emphasize sight-reading, theory, and aural skills to support well-rounded development. My teaching style is patient and encouraging. Creativity is important too. I encourage students to try composing their own pieces and experimenting with ideas. For those interested in jazz and pop styles, I focus on rhythm, harmony, and improvisation to help them excel. My goal is to develop confident, expressive pianists who enjoy playing all kinds of music. Lessons combine structured practice with fun activities, keeping students motivated.
