About Naomi
My teaching method is built on motivation, patience, compassion, and creativity to help students learn piano with confidence. I focus on technique, musical expression, and theory, making sure each student develops strong fundamentals while enjoying the learning process. Every lesson is tailored to the student’s skill level and goals, whether they are beginners or advanced players. I believe in a step-by-step approach, starting with basic finger exercises, scales, and chords before moving to more complex pieces. To keep students motivated, I introduce fun and engaging pieces, helping them connect with music emotionally. I also use practical examples and ear training to develop their listening skills and musicality. Beyond piano, I can teach music theory, composition, and sight-reading, giving students a well-rounded musical education. My goal is to inspire creativity and confidence, ensuring every student enjoys their musical journey while building strong technical skills.

Passionate about music and education, I have been teaching piano for 9 years, helping high school and college students master their skills. With over 150-200 students taught, I focus on building confidence, creativity, and strong technique. My lessons are personalized to fit each student’s goals, whether they want to improve performance, understand theory, or compose their own music.
One of my proudest moments was guiding a student to win a local piano competition, proving that dedication and the right guidance lead to success. I believe learning piano should be both structured and enjoyable, blending discipline with creativity. My teaching style encourages students to explore their musical voice while building a solid foundation.
