About Aarohi
I’m a violin tutor with a Graduate Diploma in Violin Pedagogy and over 5 years of teaching experience. I integrate music theory, aural skills, and sight reading into every lesson to prepare students for theory exams and advanced harmonic study. My teaching includes scales, intervals, and harmony through practical bowing and fingering exercises that strengthen both fingers and minds. This approach helps students see the link between music theory and their playing. I have guided many exam candidates and students working to enhance their overall musicianship. I focus on developing confident, well-rounded violinists with a strong grasp of theoretical knowledge. Learning theory alongside violin practice helps students play more expressively and understand music deeply. Together, we’ll build a solid foundation that supports your growth as a musician and boosts your confidence on and off the instrument.
