About Lara
I graduated as an instructor in 2018 and from that day I became a teacher and an eternal apprentice.
I consider it super important to continue training and acquiring new tools so that each class is in accordance with the needs of the student.
I have experience in both group and private classes, making sure that in each one, the desired objectives are reached.

The class lasts one hour and is made up of a physical preparation based on joint conditioning, a general EEC (warm-up) and a specific EEC.
Once we have our body well activated, we move on to the discipline, depending on the pole style chosen (exotic, conditioning, dance, etc.).
The class ends with stretching and calm down (moment of meditation and lowering the body frequency).
