About Kieran

Politics & international studies graduate from the University of Warwick, currently working as a civil servant in central government as a policy professional. "Super Tutor" status, meaning I am recognised for delivering high-quality lessons to a variety of students.

I’ve always had a love for politics, current affairs and sociology. I’ve spent time working for an MP in Westminster, as a communications officer at the Home Office, and as a research assistant looking at how quantitative data can be used to analyse political and social relationships.

Throughout all of these roles, I’ve spent time up-skilling colleagues, and now I’d love to do so in my favourite area, academia! I play golf, and love rugby tennis and football!

About the lesson

I like my lessons to be interactive, tailored and personalised. I remain very familiar with the current Government and Politics and Sociology A-Level curriculum, and close to higher education having recently graduated with a degree in Politics and International Studies at Warwick University.

Whether it’s for GCSE, A-Level or Undergraduate, the ability to draw out nuanced examples which go to the heart of the issue is the main driver in gaining those top marks. My experience outside the academic world, working in the Civil Service, allows me to offer a new and insider view to political and sociological studies which I look to use as a driver for the lessons. At all times I remain dedicated to YOUR ambitions and help you navigate a route to succeeding.
