About Rita
After three years of studying in Lisbon, I graduated in Languages, Literatures and Cultures last June at the “NOVA de Lisboa” University. I then came to settle in France where I work now as a Portuguese language assistant in a middle school and high school.

During a class, I always resort to recreational activities (quizzes, role playing, riddles, “truth or dare”), group activities (dramatisation, write a dairy, development of a weekly newspaper, close reading), worksheets about diverse themes and most importantly I always encourage dialogue in language learning. From my standpoint, these are fundamental to the acquisition of the Portuguese language and therefore indispensable in my classes.
