About Sophie
After I complete my English Literature Degree (which I will start in September) I hope to become a Primary School Teacher. I have worked in a Primary School a number of times and enjoyed it so much that I hope to join them for a more consistent time soon. I also have experience working 1 to 1 with my homeschooled sister (GCSE) whose dyslexia opened my eyes to the differences in learning paths.

I can provide a friendly face to offer revision resources, feedback on exercises and past papers to those who’d benefit from individual support. As I’ve recently experienced the world of exams I know how difficult it can be to keep up in the stressful times. This is why I can offer sessions that work at any pace and difficulty that address personal strengths and weaknesses. I value the difference in performance and state of mind when neurodivergent students are accommodated (I am autistic myself) and so will do my best to understand and adapt to these students’ needs.
