About Libby
I’m a certified swimming instructor with over 7 years of experience teaching children, adults, and individuals with special needs. I hold current CPR, First Aid, and lifeguard certifications, and I’m fully insured. My teaching style is patient, positive, and safety-focused, ensuring that every student feels supported and empowered in the water. I’ve helped nervous swimmers build water confidence, guided children through swim milestones, and coached adults to swim independently for the first time. You can count on me for professional, trustworthy instruction every step of the way.

My swimming lessons are designed to help you or your child become confident, safe, and skilled in the water—no matter your starting point. I offer private, semi-private, and small group sessions for all ages and experience levels, including absolute beginners and those overcoming a fear of water. Each lesson is personalized to your pace and goals, covering essential skills like floating, breathing techniques, stroke development, and water safety. I teach in home pools or local facilities, and bring a calm, supportive approach that helps students progress quickly while enjoying the process.
