About Nadine
Nadin has been practicing yoga for over 12 years, beginning her journey with a deep immersion into the roots of the practice in Rishikesh, India, also known as the birthplace of yoga, where she earned her first 200-hour certification. Though the pandemic led her to pursue a career in tech, her passion for movement, mindfulness, and human connection never faded. Feeling the pull back to her true calling, Nadin traveled to Italy to complete an additional 250-hour yoga teacher training. Since then, she has been teaching proudly around the city of Chicago in gyms, hotels, condos, and studios.

I have experience working with international colleagues and am especially passionate about supporting those who may feel intimidated by yoga. I promise a welcoming presence and inclusive approach to remind students that yoga truly is for everyone.
My classes are thoughtfully sequenced to align breath, movement, and purpose, blending elements from Vinyasa, Hatha, Power, Yin, Gentle, Restorative yoga, and Pilates (Yogalates). Currently, she is expanding her expertise by pursuing a comprehensive Pilates teacher training certification.
More importantly, my classes are curated to you specifically with your needs for your body.
