About Me Hello, my name is Professor Dr. Jose Rodriguez. I am a kinesiologist with a master’s in Human Services and a PhD in Behavioral Psychology. My journey has been anything but ordinary. I am a retired professional mixed martial artist, author of multiple books, and founder of a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy. My passion lies in helping others discover their potential through the balance of mind, body, and spirit. Over the years, I have taught students, athletes, and professionals how to unlock performance not just through physical training but through understanding human behavior, motivation, and consciousness. My approach blends science, philosophy, and spirituality in a way that meets each student where they are. I believe education should awaken curiosity, not conformity. Whether I am teaching psychology, human performance, or personal development, my goal is to guide students toward a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them.
