About Lucia
I graduated from Loyola University in Chicago where I also worked as a professor of Spanish. I am also a teacher of English in my home country, Argentina.
I have been awarded with the Fulbright scholarship program and worked as a representative of my hispanic culture in the past.

My lessons depend on student needs. Everyone learns differently and has specifiic motivations. Mainly, I use the Task based approach, which is scientifically proved to improve communication competence in students of second language. I focus on the four lingüístic skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking. I speak in Spanish most of the class and also encourage students to use the language with no prejudice on the use of grammar, we're here to learn and enjoy!
