About Jeffrey
I have been a teaching professional for 32 years. 15 years as a chiropractor explaining the differences between Inductive Reasoning (Scientific Method) and (Deductive Reasoning. And by the way both methodologies have their limitations. Over the years I have taught approximately 15,000 students and patients. Students have gone on to collegiate and professional careers and patients have successfully achieve improvements in health and made life style alterations.

Most teachers are just repeating what they have read in books no one brings anything new to the science curriculum. How may times have High School students been left in the dust regarding the most basic concepts. If I said to you DNA is not a blueprint but a template how many of your High
School teachers realize that this subtle difference in language is the difference between understanding and not. Most would not. I have a myriad of examples in chemistry, physics and biology that shows that the majority of science teachers do not relate to the difficulties their students experience. Why is cellular respiration like recharging a rechargeable battery ? How can you compare the small intestine of mammals to a washing machine and the large intestine to a dryer? Why is the
pumping action of the heart similar to a water gun ? Why is chemistry like a card game ? Electronegativity and tug-o-war between elephants and mice ? Huh? Shielding repulsion and Star Trek?
