About Karin
Some of my students call me Ms Karin, or Ms. Rittvo. and some have even called me mee maw, so it is your choice.
I recently retired from teaching elementary level students after 25 years. I am Louisiana State certified in both elementary education, and art education. I have taught in public, private and Montessori schools.
I love gardening, and witnessing things grow. I especially love watching children grow in the knowledge that they hold.

I will spend one hour with your lower elementary child for an initial assessment. During this time I will gain knowledge about how your child learns, what your child excels in most, and what is problematic for your child when it concerns reading, phonics, writing, grammar, and spelling. During the second meeting your child will work on building new skills to improve in these areas.
