About Sandy
During my career as a college math professor I was lucky enough to teach with some of the best math teachers. They taught and shared everything they knew with me. I have some special skills that you will be using to make math easier and more understandable. For example, I told math jokes to my classes to ease math anxiety and have a good laugh. It was very well received and students performed better overall.

I had the privilege of being tutored by Sandy, an exceptional educator who not only demystified the complexities of algebra and calculus but also instilled in me a deep appreciation for the world of mathematics. Sandy's teaching style is nothing short of remarkable. Her ability to break down intricate mathematical concepts into digestible, manageable pieces made the most challenging topics accessible and engaging. She had a knack for adapting her teaching approach to suit my learning style, ensuring that I not only grasped the material but truly understood it. What truly set Sandy apart was her unwavering patience and dedication to my academic growth. She was always available to answer my questions and provided clear explanations, allowing me to overcome any hurdles I encountered in my mathematical journey.
I truly enjoyed that Sandy's passion for teaching was evident in her enthusiasm and encouragement. She fostered a positive learning environment, where I felt comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and ultimately, achieving success. Sandy's guidance extended beyond algebra and calculus; she was always willing to offer support and mentorship in a wide range of mathematical areas. I cannot overstate the positive impact this tutor had on my academic development, and I am incredibly grateful for her expertise, dedication, and genuine commitment to my growth as a student. Go Sandy!I took Sandy’s GE math class and to be honest I strongly dislike math! I was relieved when she was able to explain things in a way that actually made sense! She was patient and made sure that I grasped the overall concepts, then took time on each problem breaking them down step by step. She is reliable, responsive, and overall an amazing teacher! Thank you Sandy for making math less difficult for me!
