About Collin
I am a Russian enthusiast who has just started giving private lessons after having returned from Russia in Nov. of 2017. I have a few students who are taking lessons right now. I was a teaching assistant in Kaliningrad, Russia and this has continued over Skype even until today. I love to teach other people and I love to help them enjoy the subject they are learning. I lived in Russia for 2 years. I speak and continue my study of Russian every day.

My teaching method varies and is dependent on the needs of each student. I teach one-on-one or in groups. If you are a slow learner or need more hands-on activities, then you will fit in because so am I. The program I teach is a 15-week course. The lesson material comes from a well-known and commonly used book called, "Russian Course Penguin Edition". Each lesson will come from the chapters in this book. The pace of the lessons will vary from student to student, but that will all be determined in the first lesson where we set goals and ways to achieve them. The lessons also include speaking with native Russians for practice.
