About Darlene
I have over 25 years experience teaching yoga to all age groups and from beginners to advanced. I graduated from Asheville school of Yoga in 2008 and from My VinyasaPractice in 2020. I have taken numerous workshops and I am now working on a Somatic Yoga Certification.
I have taught to all age groups, and those with injuries and chronic disabilities.
