About Cassandra
Hello :) Thank you so much for reading my profile ! My name is Cassandra and a Social Work student and I’m the founder of (concealed information) . This website was created in 2016 when I started to focus more on my own personal development, my self-esteem and my self-love. With that website I started to inspire other people. I aim to impact more lives and help people to feel better in their lives. :D
My turning point came when I overcame co-dependancy and My Self-Love Journey has completely changed my life. Before, I wasn’t able to love myself and I had a bad self-esteem. One day I decide to change all of that. It was difficult, but day to day I came to realise that to increase my well-being, I needed to change the perception of who I was. Now, I want to help YOU to increase your self-love , self-esteem ans to embrace who you really are because you deserve to have a mindful life.
