About Celidgh
My name is Celidgh Pikul (pronounced Kaylee) and I have been in the business of teaching others for a long time. From camp counselor, to actual in-classroom teaching lessons I've done it (almost) all. As I start my student teaching next year tutoring has been a great way to help me and the students I work with find a groove and grow together.

I like to break things down into simple, clear steps and use real examples to make the material stick. I’m big on making sure someone actually understands the concept before moving on to ensure that the information isn't just memorized. For a typical lesson, I usually start by checking what someone already knows, then go over key ideas with quick examples. After that, we practice together, and I help correct or guide as we go. I’m super patient, and I explain things in a way that feels more like a conversation than a lecture. I’ve been in their shoes recently, so I know how to explain things in a way that actually makes sense.
