About YU
Hi everyone, my name is Virginie and I am from Shanghai, China. I am currently studying English at Shanghai University, with Japanese as my second language. in 2018, I went to Morocco alone to work as a French interpreter for a Chinese medical team, and after finishing my work in 2021, I returned to Shanghai to work as a Chinese teacher at an educational institution, customizing Chinese courses for medium and large companies in different fields or for foreigners in Shanghai. *HSK Exam Course (traditional listening, speaking, reading and writing instruction for students who want to obtain HSK1-HSK6 certificate)
*Business Chinese (for students who have a need to work in daily business conversation, professional vocabulary, and sentence patterns, etc. A basic knowledge of Pinyin is required. (Course levels: beginner/intermediate/advanced)
*Chinese Pronunciation Correction (for beginner students who already have a foundation in Pinyin and want to improve their pronunciation)
*Basic Chinese (for students who have a basic understanding of Pinyin or zero foundation and want to learn some basic conversations, not involving Chinese characters, but just learning the language as a hobby, or want to learn some phrases when traveling)
*Chinese Reading (for students who already have some basic reading skills and want to improve their reading skills significantly in the short term, but have studied/have not studied Chinese characters. (Course levels are: Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced)
*Teaching style: The class atmosphere is relaxed and allows you to learn Chinese in a relaxed and immersive way even after work.
*Pre-lesson note: You need to book a day in advance for trial or official lessons. If you need to change the trail lesson and scheduled lesson time or cancel them for personal reasons, you need to communicate with the teacher one day in advance. (UCT/GMT+8). If a student cancels a lesson on the same day, the lesson fee will still be charged.
