About Stella

I am a dedicated singing tutor with a master’s degree in vocal performance and over 8 years of experience helping students develop strong, expressive voices. My own journey with singing began at a young age, eventually leading me through formal training, live performance, and teaching. I’ve always believed that every voice has something unique to offer, and I take great pride in helping individuals discover and strengthen theirs. Throughout my teaching career, I’ve worked with students of all backgrounds—children, teens, and adults—with goals ranging from basic confidence building to professional development. I’ve taught various styles including classical, pop, musical theater, and contemporary music, always adapting my methods to meet the specific needs of each student. I focus not only on technical growth, but also on helping students find joy and emotional connection in their singing. My teaching approach is supportive, structured, and responsive. I emphasize proper breath control, vocal health, tone development, and performance skills. At the same time, I encourage creativity, musical expression, and individual artistry. I believe that learning to sing should be both disciplined and inspiring—combining technique with personal expression. Outside of teaching, I remain active as a vocalist and continually expand my own knowledge through performance, collaboration, and study. This keeps my approach fresh and grounded in real-world musical experience. Above all, I’m passionate about helping students become confident, capable singers who truly enjoy using their voice.

About the lesson

My singing lessons are designed to support vocalists of all levels, from complete beginners to those with prior experience looking to refine their technique. Each lesson is personalized, focusing on the student’s voice type, musical interests, and personal goals. Whether you’re aiming to sing for pleasure, prepare for auditions, or build a strong technical foundation, the lessons are structured to help you progress confidently and enjoyably.

Key areas of focus include vocal range development, breath support, tone quality, and pitch accuracy. We begin with vocal warm-ups and exercises tailored to your current level, gradually expanding your capabilities through both technical drills and song application. You’ll learn how to use your voice in a healthy, sustainable way while discovering your own sound and style.

Lessons also include guidance on musical expression, performance technique, and stage presence. We explore various genres such as classical, pop, musical theatre, or contemporary styles—depending on your interest—to keep the learning dynamic and relevant. I incorporate ear training, diction, and interpretation to help you connect deeply with the music you sing.

Every session is held in a positive and encouraging environment that supports growth and creativity. My goal is to make each student feel comfortable and inspired, offering tools and feedback that build confidence and vocal control. Whether you're singing in your living room or on a stage, these lessons aim to help you perform with ease and emotion.
