Los métodos y técnicas de enseñanza son diferente para cada estudiante. Cada estudiante es diferente. Es importante recordar que una técnica de tutoría particular puede funcionar bien para un estudiante, pero no tener ningún efecto para otro. Es por eso que debemos mostrar paciencia en todo lo que hacen. Cuando un estudiante no comprende un concepto, nos corresponde como tutor mantener la calma y abordar la situación desde un ángulo nuevo y fresco. Esta es una de las principales diferencias entre la escuela y la tutoría. Cuando un estudiante no puede conectarse con la materia en la escuela, le corresponde a él descubrir cómo comprenderla. Con la tutoría, es nuestra responsabilidad encontrar la mejor manera de enseñar al estudiante, y esto siempre conduce al éxito. Como tutores nos tenemos que asegurar de construir relaciones sólidas con los estudiantes a los que enseñamos.

Teaching methods and techniques are different for each student. Every student is different. It is important to remember that a particular tutoring technique may work well for one student, but have no effect for another. That is why we must show patience in everything they do. When a student doesn't understand a concept, it's up to us as a tutor to stay calm and approach the situation from a fresh, new angle. This is one of the main differences between school and tutoring. When a student can't connect with the subject in school, it's up to them to figure out how to understand it. With tutoring, it is our responsibility to find the best way to teach the student, and this always leads to success. As tutors we have to make sure we build strong relationships with the students we teach.
