I'm a special education teacher with more than 14 years of experience. I'm also the mom of children with neuro-divergence: autism, ADHD, and mental illness. My interactive lessons are designed for elementary or middle school students who are 2 or more grade levels behind in reading or math. I aim to integrate old-school and new-school with a blend of technology, hands-on manipulatives, and research-based learning methods. I also try to build relationships with students so they want to learn, and they're as interested in their growth as we are.
