Special Education with over 10 years experience wants to teach your child phonics And / or Reading .
Methodology
My teaching approach is to assess where each child is . Children learn differently— some Visual , some auditory and some a combination of both . I would teach according to what and where your child is at in this learning process to achieve their goals .
Background
I have a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Education focusing on Special Education. I worked 8 years in a school setting then substituted as I raised my son . I also have tutored children with phonics / reading and also teach phonics / reading to children in China over the Internet for over 2 years now . I believe any child can learn if the teacher/ tutor adapts their teaching strategies. Some children are visual learners, while others are auditory . Some children are both. Every child has the ability to reach his/her potential!!!
