About Aisha
I have always been a Health and Wellness minded individual who cares deeply for others. When I became a Professional Massage Therapist 20 years ago, I was launched into a more detailed exploration of the human body and the seemingly magical ways that it functions when properly cared for. I think all of this has honed my skills in such a way that allows me to present Anatomical information in a compassionate, and hopefully often times entertaining way.
Starting with my very first Professional Development course during my Massage Therapy certification. And then several other courses taught around personal and professional decorum as I moved through other Medical and Health and Wellness courses and trainings, I have acquired many adaptive techniques that always help me to meet students where they are. This allows us to form a genuine alliance as we navigate any and all challenges and milestones together to help you the tudents reach your goals.

My teaching methodology will always consist of a review of the unit in question, then categorically broken down 1 bite at a time in order. All the while together we will create memory strategies pulled from am arsenal of different processes that could include but would not be limited to pnumonics, flashcards, physical movement and/or even music. Lastly the lesson would be concluded with a complete review of the material just covered, and positive encouragement to set the tone for independent study. But I would also like to add that there would always be plenty of room for the student's individual and creative input as we work together to cultivate a successful Anatomy and Physiology learning journey.
