About Zaina
Hi everyone !
My name is Zaina. I am a student at the University of Arizona but I live in California, I take my classes online. I am a computer science major and I have spent years of taking STEM classes through middle school and highschool. These STEM classes were often difficult and I did struggle with concepts here and there. My teachers were great, but sometimes outside help is needed when it comes to STEM classes, which I totally understand which is why I started tutoring. My teaching method and techniques vary, and it depends on the students. All students have different ways of learning and comprehending whether it is kinesthetic learning, visual or auditory learning. I plan to adjust my teaching methods and techniques to each individual student to help them prepare for a test and a concept they are unable to understand. My typical lesson plans would go over basics even if the student is familiar just to clear any misconceptions the student may have that may interfere with their ability to grasp a concept and work on areas where they are struggling. These lessons are typically made for K-12, and some areas for college students.
