About Luc
I am a Master student in the history of philosophy, metaphysics and phenomenology at the University of Paris Sorbonne. I have a degree in philosophy. I gave private lessons in philosophy throughout the 2018-2019 school year, and I have been volunteering at the Atelier Pluriculturel since the start of the 2019 school year. I also had the chance, during an internship with a teacher at the Claude Monet school complex, to give introductory courses in philosophy (moral philosophy and philosophy of science in particular) to classes of 6th, 3rd, second, first and final.

My approach has as a priority empathy with the student and the organization of the concepts and authors to be approached according to the prior knowledge of the student and the objectives related to his level of study (Baccalaureate, partial license, etc.) . I learned that starting with taking the student back with him was a good way to understand where he is, and how he approaches the subject; it is then a question of working on the method, that of the dissertation and the explanation of text. Finally, if possible, homework, which consists simply in reading the most essential texts in the history of philosophy.
