Whether you're struggling with reading comprehension, organizing essays, or mastering grammar, I break concepts down into manageable steps and use engaging activities to keep things interesting.
A typical lesson might start with a quick review of what we’ve worked on previously, followed by a focused mini-lesson on a skill (like main idea, text structure, or writing a strong paragraph). Then, we practice together using real examples, and finish with a short recap or reflection to make sure you feel clear and confident moving forward.
What sets me apart is my combination of classroom experience and personalized attention. I’ve worked directly with students in early elementary, elementary, and high school, and understand the curriculum, the common struggles, and the strategies that really help. I’m not just here to help you finish your homework—I want to help you become a stronger, more independent learner.
