About Victor
I have been practicing and teaching tai chi and chi kung for 7 years. I have taught in different schools, institutes and gyms. In 2019, I had the opportunity to participate in the first yang family tai chi tournament, held in Selvino, Italy. I got second place in the corresponding category.

The style of tai chi I practice is that of the Yang family, whose current guardian of the lineage is Master Yang Jun. The class is divided into several sections, on the one hand stretching exercises to improve flexibility, separate posture exercises, to improve leg strength, and tai chi forms, to understand this incredible martial art.
