About Tracy
My name is Tracy White. I am a Reiki Master Teacher and a Sound Healer and I created a modality called Body Balance Activation (BBA). I began my official healing journey in 2001, and I began teaching Reiki in 2004. In 2006, I began working with a disabled child who wasn't able to self-regulate the energy of a Reiki session. I developed BBA to help him. It started out simply, but as I began to work on others, BBA became a beautiful, simple but complex work of art. I have run my Energy Center for almost 26 years, teaching and growing my students as they begin their healing journeys.

Reiki classes - I teach over a period of time to allow you to integrate the information and techniques and gain confidence. I provide you with a manual per level of Reiki and lots of practical exercises to do to learn how to work with energy. I teach Reiki 1 to Reiki Masters which is a teaching level. We will do classes via Google Meet. I provide one-on-one guidance and manuals for each level. You are required to practice and come back with questions. Once you are proficient in each level, you will receive a certificate for that level and will be able to practice. Training will be twice a week for 12 weeks to complete Reiki one to Reiki Advanced. 1st meet up is for class, and second is for your practical demonstration of applying what you have learned. (Reiki Masters can be completed after a year of practicing as a Reiki Practitioner.) BBA Classes - If you are in South Africa, I will post you a pack of your printed charts and manuals. If you are overseas, I will email you the print pack and you are required to get it printed before we begin. We will do classes via Google Meet. I provide one-on-one guidance and videos for each level. You are required to practice and come back with questions. Once you are proficient in each of the 5 levels, you will receive a certificate and will be registered to practice. Training can be over 4 weeks, with meet-ups twice a week. 1st meet up is for class, and second is for your practical demonstration of applying what you have learned. Sound Healing - Depending on which package we choose, you will be required to purchase a set of either the Harmonic Spectrum or the Solfeggio tuning forks. We will do classes via Google Meet. I provide one-on-one guidance and manuals for each level. You are required to practice and come back with questions. Once you are proficient in each level, you will receive a certificate for that level and will be able to practice. Training can be over 4 weeks, with meet-ups twice a week. 1st meet up is for class, and second is for your practical demonstration of applying what you have learned. I believe in proper training so that you can practice with the most confidence you can possibly have as a new healer. I have taught hundreds of Reiki Practitioners in SA and over 50 BBA practitioners in SA and in the UK. I remain accessible to my students to help with any questions that may arise.
