Class time is devoted to ensure that every participant accomplishes what is planned for the day's lesson.
Practice sheets are reviewed and answered in class, explaining grammar and pronunciation details.
Class discussion and consultation are stimulated.
Out-of-class questions and suggestions from learners are encouraged via email communications.

Methodology: script writing/rehearsing simulating actual communicative situations.
Anyone can benefit. I have taught mostly college students, and business/industry and public/social personnel.
A typical lesson plan includes:
1. Grammar topics pertinent to the learner's level and related to practical/useful everyday situations;
2. Rehearsals of scripts related to chosen simulations of actual communicative speech events.
3. Discussion on grammar, phonetics and terminology.
