Background and Education:
Trainee Physics teacher at Queen's University Belfast with a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Durham University.
Previous experience as a HLTA in an academically selective all-girls secondary school in England where I supported students in core GCSE subject lessons and led study skills and revision sessions for GCSE English Literature, Mathematics and Science.

I aim to deliver hour-long sessions, structured to optimize learning. Each session begins with a starter activity to review the previous lesson's content, followed by an explanation of the new material. This is typically complemented by tasks such as exam-style questions or creating fact sheets.
I have experience working with a diverse range of students, from at-risk youths in an alternative learning programme to advanced Year 11 single science students during my placement. I have ample experience working with SEN students and understanding their learning profiles in order to support their success. These experiences have enhanced my ability to deliver personalized educational methods tailored to individual needs.
I am available to tutor GCSE and A-level Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Further Mathematics, having achieved A* grades in these subjects at A-Level. Additionally, I can tutor KS2/3 science, mathematics and english.
