Grin & Be Fit 60 min Cardio/Strength *Our Gold Standard High Energy - Full Body Workout that combines Cardio blasts & Strength through Pilates/Barre movements using body weight or low weight-high repetitions. Great for those looking to get fit. Designed to keep the heart rate elevated throughout the class to ensure everyone is feeling super sweaty by the end of each class (and a little sore the next day) Recommended 2-3 times per week *With this class we like to mix it up – take it outside bootcamp style, circuit training, group challenges etc. Grin & Burn It 30 min Cardio Fast Paced high energy with several rounds of simple but heart-pumping moves. Incorporates HIIT and Tabata formats. Great for those short on time who want a great sweat! Designed for a quick calorie blast, keeping the heart in the burn zone throughout most of the class. Recommended 3+ per week Grin & Get Lean 45 min Strength Pilates and Barre inspired focusing on high repetition strength moves utilizing body weight, small hand weights or bands to build lean muscle and strength. Great for those who want to tone and tighten while keeping the heart rate in the moderate range. Working all areas of the body- Core, Lower & Upper Body. Recommended 2-3 times per week ● Each class allows for modifications to ensure the program works for all fitness levels. ● All programs are customizable to meet the needs and requests of the participants. ● No Equipment Required ● Schedules based on availability ● No minimum number of classes per week ● No minimum number of participants required ● No contract or term limits
