About Caro
My name is Caro Pemberton, and I’m the founder of Supreme Fitness. I offer a mobile personal training service, working with clients in their own homes or preferred gyms to make fitness more accessible and personal. With a strong track record of helping people slim down, shape up, and feel more confident, I bring both knowledge and encouragement to every session. My personal training style is supportive but focused, built around your needs and schedule. I’m passionate about helping you improve not just how you look, but how you feel, move, and live day to day.
