About Jonathan
I have spent the last 25 years in and around professional music in all aspects, from music composition and arranging and conducting to live sound, theater lighting, and video production.
I hold a B.A. in Music from Nazarene Bible College, an M.A. in Music (Technology and Composition) from the University of Valley Forge, and two Professional Certifications (Music Theory Specialist and Master of Music Theory, Harmony and Ear Training) from Berklee School of Music.

Since each individual learns at a different pace, with various desires as to the desired depth of their understanding, I tend to customize teaching styles to each student.
I enjoy engaging with high school or college students but am willing to work with learners of any age who desire to deepen their understanding of music.
