About Laiba
I am a Business Management student in my first year of University. I have done private tutoring sessions for 3 months, with 2 kids in KS2 and KS3, who have shown promising improvements in their learning. I have also undergone a month of work experience as a teaching assistant in a primary school, which allowed me to interact with children and understand ways to aid their learning and education.

I teach in a way to ensure the student is fully attentive by constantly interacting with them. Firstly, I will test the knowledge of the child in order to identify and highlight any areas which are in need of improvement. Following that, I will help them by fully explaining the topic using example questions and after confirming with the student they understand, I will ask them to repeat back to me what they understood. To test their knowledge and comprehension of the topic, I will give them worksheets with varying levels of difficulty so that they can strengthen their abilities and skills.

I would need to be informed if your child cannot attend a session at least 24-hours before, and you would not be charged. If failed to do so, you will be charged, however, if there is an emergency or something of high importance I will consider a refund for the lesson.
