About Yesica
I'm a passionate Latin American artist who started out as a self-made when I was a child. Later on, I received formal training at college and academies, gathering not only techniques but also life experience from my amazing teachers. I've participated in exhibitions in Latin America, USA, and Greece with painting, videoart and multimedia installations. Additionally, I'm a certified art therapist. I've had fun experimenting a lot, and I love sharing the many ways to enjoy art with my students too.

Workshop Description:
The workshop is designed to provide adults with an enriching and immersive experience in the world of art. Over the course, participants will delve into various artistic topics, techniques, and styles, fostering creativity and the development of their artistic skills. This workshop offers two alternative approaches to cater to the diverse needs and interests of adult learners.
Alternative 1: Workshop Objectives (Structured Approach):
1. Expand knowledge and appreciation of different art forms, styles, and movements.
2. Develop foundational skills in drawing, painting, and other art techniques.
3. Encourage self-expression and the exploration of personal artistic style.
4. Enhance creative problem-solving abilities through artistic challenges.
5. Provide a supportive and collaborative environment for artistic growth.
Alternative 2: Tailored Classes (Personalized Approach):
Before the workshop begins, I will conduct a brief survey to understand the specific interests and goals of each participant. This personalized approach allows the workshop to be more engaging and tailored to the individual needs and preferences of each adult learner. Based on the survey responses, I will adapt the workshop content, demonstrations, and exercises to align with their interests and aspirations.
Methodology:
Each class will be conducted online via a video conferencing platform. Throughout the workshop, I will utilize a combination of visual presentations, live demonstrations, and hands-on activities to guide participants through various artistic concepts and techniques. Depending on the alternative chosen, the classes will follow either a structured curriculum or be adapted to the individual interests and goals of the participants.
Reports for Participants:
At the end of each class, I will provide participants with a summary of the covered topics, techniques, and key takeaways. Additionally, I will offer personalized feedback and suggestions for further exploration based on their progress and expressed interests (in the case of Alternative 2). This feedback will help participants track their growth, celebrate achievements, and identify areas for future artistic development.
By offering both alternatives, the workshop accommodates different learning preferences and objectives. The structured approach provides a comprehensive exploration of art fundamentals, while the tailored classes offer a personalized and immersive experience. Whether participants prefer a structured curriculum or a customized journey, the workshop aims to inspire creativity, foster artistic growth, and provide a supportive community of fellow art enthusiasts.
