About Sean
My name is Sean and I have a real passion for working with animals, and teaching. I followed this passion through by completing my Level 5 Animal Care course (equivalent of Leaving Cert). I sat 10 modules and received my award of 10 distinctions, including in Biology and Animal Anatomy. I used these grades to go to study a Bio-veterinary science degree where I was taught biology and Animal Anatomy at a university level. Upon coming to the end of my first year, I realized that my passion was working directly with animals rather than in laboratories. I wanted to be a vet. I applied for a continuous master's program of Vet Medicine, performed the entrance test, passed and received admission to study Vet Medicine in Poland. This really demonstrates my understanding of Biology and Animal Anatomy which allows me to study Vet Medicine, a very difficult degree to gain entry into.

I make personalized PowerPoints that simplify a lot of the complicated topics surrounding Biology and Animal Anatomy. I also explain how these processes occur in simpler terms until you fully understand (and I have some cheat codes too). A typical length of a lesson would be around 1 hour, with 30 minutes on smaller topics. At the end of each topic, I create quizzes that you can practice throughout the week which will help you remember what we've learned. It is important that you get what you want out of our session, and I'll make sure to cover whatever it is you need.

Details
I can tutor: Biology up to Leaving Cert level and Animal Anatomy up to first year university level I also have experience on entering into vet medicine degrees abroad from Ireland (I study vet medicine in Poland) and can help oncoming students that would like to prepare for entrance into these courses. I prepare slides and tests to make sure you have goals to complete in between our tutoring sessions. In order to fulfill the best possible tutoring session, I will ring you from phone before our scheduled session to focus on what you want to get out of our time.
