About Ben
With 11 years of dedicated experience in violin instruction, I provide specialized lessons designed to enhance students' skills in technique, bowing, and sight-reading. My teaching approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of school students, ensuring that each lesson is personalized to help them develop both their technical proficiency and musical expression. I focus on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students can thrive and build their confidence in playing the violin.
In my lessons, I emphasize the importance of a solid technical foundation while also encouraging students to explore their musical creativity. My goal is to help students not only master the fundamentals of violin playing but also to develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for music. By integrating exercises that target specific areas of improvement, I aim to foster both skill development and a love for music, preparing students for various performance opportunities.
Outside of teaching, I have a passion for exploring different musical genres and styles. I enjoy attending live performances, participating in music workshops, and experimenting with new repertoire.
